Terms of service

An order is placed when you confirm it in the app. The kitchen may refuse an order — if a dish has run out, if we are at capacity, or if the address is outside the area we deliver to — and you are told when that happens.

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. Delivery is charged separately and is outside the scope of VAT, because it is collected for the rider.

There is a short window after placing an order in which you can change the note, the change you need for a cash payment, or the address. Once the kitchen has started cooking, the order is theirs.

After that, message us. We will do what we can, but food already cooked cannot be un-cooked.

Tell us through the app. If an order arrives late, incomplete or not as it should be, we may put credit on your account to make it right. Store credit is spent on a later order, does not expire, and is not exchanged for cash.

We deliver within the area shown in the app. Times given are estimates, not guarantees — traffic and weather are not ours to control.

Somebody needs to be reachable at the number on the order. If a rider cannot reach you and cannot hand the order over, it may be returned and charged.

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and sesame, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free of them. If you have an allergy, tell us before you order rather than in the notes, and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you safely.

Keep your password to yourself; orders placed from your account are treated as yours. We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or abusively.

Points are earned on the food you buy and can be redeemed against a later order. Points and store credit have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are heard by its courts. Where the English and Arabic differ, the Arabic governs.
