Delete your account
The quickest way is in the app: Profile → Privacy → Delete my account. It happens immediately.
If you no longer have the app, use the form below. We email a code first to be sure the account is yours — deletion cannot be undone.
What is deleted
After 60 days: your name, email, mobile number, saved addresses and favourites. Sessions and notifications stop immediately.
What stays
Your past orders and their tax invoices, without your name on them — Saudi tax law requires six years. And a one-way fingerprint of your email and phone for six months, to stop somebody known for abuse simply starting again. It identifies nobody.
